Request for custom drawings

To request a quote you can do it via the web in the custom drawings section

The quote will be sent in 12 - 24 business hours.

The works have a delivery time between 5-7 working days (depending on the magnitude of it, if it is more than one illustration it would be 7+).

In case of being personalized drawings, after sending the quote, the following information is requested:

Photos of who the drawing will be made of
Colors (for background, clothes, etc.) if this is not specified, it will be done randomly

The work requested has an estimated time that will be counted from the deposit of 50% of the initial payment.

The amount of the works include:

1 sketch with 2 changes
One (1) change to final illustration

Otherwise it will have an extra charge.

This is delivered in good resolution with full payment via email

I reserve the right not to accept commissions

If the order is canceled after the first payment or full payment, a refund of 30% of the deposit made will be made.

Illustrations for editorial purposes (short stories, publications, or mass reproduction) and character creation have a different procedure and price.

Return Policy

Orders (for existing products) will be made via Etsy (within that page).

At the moment we work with the greatest possible delicacy so that your package arrives in perfect condition.

We are not responsible for packages received in poor condition, since we rely on a company external to us to make the shipments.

For shipments to the interior we use Metro Pack and for the National District, companies that send packages via app.

In both cases we will contact the customer at the time of shipment and the package will be monitored during its journey to the destination.
